UCSB Swim Masters Camp

Join the UCSB swim coaches and athletes January 4th-6th for an extensive weekend of learning and training.  This clinic will focus on Freestyle technique and training methods that you can adapt to your own swimming and ultimately make you a better and faster swimmer!

Friday, January 4th             1:00-4:00 pm              Video Taping Sessions

                                           4:30- 4:45 pm             Registration at Campus Pool

                                           5:00-6:30 pm              Evening Workout- Technique/Aerobic

                                           7:30 – 9:00 pm           Dinner at Creekside Bar & Grill


Saturday January 5th           8:30- 9:45 am            Free Technique/Turns/Starts Clinic at ICA

10:00-11:30 am          Morning Workout- Starts/Turns/Best Average        

11:45-1:00 pm            Lunch- ICA Classroom

1:00- 3:15 pm             Stations: Video Review, Strength Training, Yoga, Power Training Principles

3:30- 5:00 pm             Afternoon Workout- Power and Kicking

6:30 -9:00 pm             Dinner & Social

Sunday January 6th            7:00- 8:00 am             Breakfast and Q & A with Coaches

8:00-10:00 am            Morning Workout- Starts/Turns/Technique Stations

10:30-11:30 am          Season Planning and Camp Wrap Up


Clinic Eligibility

  • Clinic is open for all swimmers aged 18 and older (participants with NCAA eligibilty are not permitted to participate)
  • 3 or more swimmers from the same team are eligible for a 15% discount, please contact for more details
