Placed fourth in the 200 medley relay, third in the 800 freestyle relay, third in the 400 medley relay, sixth in the 200 freestyle, eighth in the 100 backstroke, fourth in the 400 freestyle relay, and third in the 200 backstroke at the 2016 MPSF Conference Championships.

Graduated from Vacaville High School...Swam under Coach Dave Van Buskirk...SJS record holder in the 100 backstroke...2-time All-American in the 100 Backstroke and 200 Freestyle...School record holder in the 50, 100, and 200 freestyle, 100 breaststroke, and 100 backstroke...The team won League 4 consecutive years...Also swam club at Davis Arden Racing Team (DART) under Coach Bill Doughty...Swam at Junior Nationals, placed 4th in the 800 free relay...Men's team placed 5th at Junior Nationals.

PERSONAL
William, "Billy," Mullis was born March 11, 1996...Is a psychology major and aspires to become a professional video game player someday...Began swimming at age 14...Favorite aspect of college swimming is the team unity...If he could add an event to each meet it would be a 100 kick...Earning the San Joaquin Section record in the 100 Backstroke is the proudest achievement of his swimming career. Has goals of making NCAA this year, break 20 second barrier in the 50 freestyle, and never let Chris Nolan beat him.
