PERSONAL
Heaven Quintana was born May 9, 1998… Nicknamed “Heav”… She is majoring in Economics and Accounting, with the dream of becoming a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)… Unique skills include being able to hula hoop… Lists favorite pre-race song as “Summer Friends” by Chance the Rapper… Favorite power snack is Mexican food or chocolate covered mangoes… Outside of swimming, Heaven enjoys yoga and watching Netflix… Her favorite aspect of college swimming is training with swimmers that she can push, and that can push her to better each others’ strokes… Began swimming at age seven… If she could add any event it would be the 75 butterfly or 75 breaststroke… Heaven wants to qualify for NCAAs, break 52 in the 100 fly, and break 1:00 in the 100 Breast this season... Being able to continue her love of swimming during college is her proudest achievement in her swimming career.
