2016-2017 Track

Redshirt season. 

2015-2016 Track

Competed in four competitions for the Gauchos. Lowered her personal best in the 200m at the All-UC Championships with a 25.44. Set another personal best a week later by running 12.37 for the 100m at the Big West Double Dual. 

2014-2015 Track

Johnson provided depth to the Gaucho jump corp during her freshman season. She had long jump scoring appearances at the Big West Double Dual, UCR Spring Track Classic, Big West Challenge Cup and Cal Poly Dual. She had a season's best leap of 17'11.5 to place second in the LJ at the Big West Challenge Cup. Johnson also saw action in the 100m and 4 x 100m relay, taking the baton for the Gauchos in the Cal Poly Dual. 

Johnson comes to UCSB via the Glendora High School Tartans. She won Baseline League titles in the long jump and triple jump and was also a finalist in the 100m and 200m to go with a Mt. Sac Relay's long jump title in 2013. Johnson qualified for CIF's in the long and triple jumps as a junior and senior. She is the Glendora school record holder in the long jump. Brittney was also a strong outside hitter for the Tartan volleyball squad. 

Parents are Charles and Virna Johnson...Has six siblings, Alexandria, Charles, Danyelle, Nicholas, Kennedy and Timothy...Career goal is to be a lawyer for international human rights...Hobbies include playing volleyball, going to the beach, cooking, writing and listening to music...Favorite movie is The Lorax...Personal heroes are her parents.
