2017-2018 Track 

Competed in eight competitions for her first season in uniform. Took third at the Big West Challenge for 3000m in a personal best time of 10:18.16. Set a personal best for 5000m at the Bryan Clay Invitational with a time of 17:49.02. Finished the season with a 12th place finish in the 10000m at the Big West Conference Championships. 

2017 Cross Country

Redshirt season. Ran unattached at the Titan Invitational where she 16th in 18:41.8. 


Graduate of Coronado High School where she was team captain for her team from 2015-2017. Qualified to the State Meet in cross country for all four years in division four. Also distinguished as the Coronado High School Female Scholar Athlete of The Year as a senior. Coached by George Green, John Downey, and Karla Armes. 


Parents are Bernice Santiago and Larry Rippey...Majoring in chemical engineering...Wishes to design medical devices in the future...Goals are to consistently improve times throughout her athletic career...Hobbies include reading, baking, and swimming...Fun fact: has a crippling sweet tooth.
