2017-2018 Track 

Competed in six meets for her third track season. Opened up in the 3000m at the 40th Annual Aztec Invitational, setting a season's best time of 10:05.88. Set a personal best for 1500m at the Big West Challenge with a time of 4:37.23. Also set a personal best for 5000m at the Bryan Clay Invitational with a time of 17:12.49. Captured two third place finishes at the 1500m and 3000m at the Cal Poly Dual with respective times of 4:37.32 and 10:09.04. Finished the season with dual 13th place finishes in the 5000m and 10000m at the Big West Conference Championships. 

2017 Cross Country 

Competed in five meets for her third season. Ran 21:24.3 at the UC Riverside Invitational as the No. 3 scorer to take 35th overall. Was the No. 3 scorer again at the Bill Dellinger Invitational to take 57th in 20:33.4. 

2016-2017 Track

Ross took to the track nine times for her second season. Set a personal best in the 5000m at the Ben Brown Invite running 17:24.13. Also set a personal best in the 1500m at the Bryan Clay Invitational running 4:38.24. Captured a pair of 3rd place finishes at both the Big West Challenge and the Cal Poly Dual Meet in the 3000m. Scored for the first time in track at the Big West Conference Championships in the 1500m by placing 8th while also hanging valiantly in the 5000m just two hours later finishing in 9th, just outside scoring position. 

2016 Cross Country

Competed in five competitions in uniform for the Gauchos. Started off unattached at the Lagoon Meet finishing in 18:25.9 for the 5K course. Shattered her previous 6K personal best at the UC Riverside Invitational by dropping an incredible 20:57.7 for 13th overall and #2 for the Gauchos. Finished 28th at the Stanford Invitational in 21:41.2, finishing side by side with her senior teammate Kelsey O'Connell. Dropped another solid performance at the Santa Clara Bronco Invitational, running 21:09.1 for 18th place. Scored in her first Big West Conference Championships by placing 21st overall, helping the Gauchos finish 3rd as a team. Finished the season strong with a 92nd place finish at the NCAA West Regional Meet in 21:32.7. Ross' newfound cross country strength made her into a consistent top-5 performer for the team, being the #3 scorer in the last four meets mentioned. 

2015-2016 Track

In her debut Track and Field campaign, competed in 8 meets. Set a 3000m PB of 10:05.06 at the Big West Double Dual and followed that up with a 4:39.70 1500m PB at the Aztec Invite.

2015 Cross Country

Competed in 5 meets as a True Freshman for the Gauchos. Set a 6K PB of 22:22.9 at the Bronco Invite. Finished 51st in her first Big West Championships in 22:52.

Ross comes to UCSB via Bellarmine Prep in Washington, where she starred in the distance events for the lions. She has qualified for the Washington State Meet in the 800m in each of her three seasons, with her highest finish being a fourth place showing. Competing in the Narrows League, Ross has collected six medals at the league championship meet. She has a personal best in the 800m of 2:15.49 and a 1600m best of 5:05.90. In addition to her track accolades, she has two top-25 finishes at the Washington state meet in cross country. Was a 12 time league medalist in track and field. High school coach was Matt Ellis. 

Parents are Bruce and Mikel...Majoring in Communications...Most Memorable Athletic Achievement is her team qualifying for Nike Team XC Nationals...Personal Heroes are her parents.
