Q: Which games are included with my Gaucho Pass?
A: Your Gaucho Pass includes all 2019-20 Gaucho regular-season home games for the month purchased.
Q: Does my Gaucho Pass give me an assigned seat?
A: The Gaucho Pass grants you access to all general admission seating and does not include a reserved seat. Your Gaucho Pass does not guarantee access to the venue, and all games are subject to sell-outs/capacity limitations.
Q: How do I access my Gaucho Pass for entry to the venue?
A: Each Gaucho Pass holder will be given a wallet-size card with a unique barcode to scan into the venue.
Q: Where do Gaucho Pass holders enter the venue?
A: Gaucho Pass holders can enter the venue via any main gate.
Q: Can I upgrade my Gaucho Pass to a specific seat?
A: Subject to availability, seat upgrades will be offered for an additional fee. Contact the UCSB Athletics Ticket Office M-F (9 am - 4 pm) to arrange an upgrade.
Q: How do I renew my Gaucho Pass for the next month?
A: The Gaucho Pass auto-renews each month to the card you used at the time of purchase throughout the 2019-20 regular season. You will be charged $30 on the 3rd Monday of each month through May 2020. Charges will be processed as follows:

Q: How do I cancel my Gaucho Pass?
A: You may opt-out of your monthly subscription of the Gaucho Pass by emailing athletics-tickets@ucsb.edu by the following dates for the cancellation to take effect on the last day of that month:

Any cancellation request made after the date above will be effective on the last day of the next calendar month. Note: After cancellation, your Gaucho Pass will be filled by a fan on the waitlist. To repurchase the Gaucho Pass, you will need to register for the waitlist. Passes are subject to availability.
Q: Is the Gaucho Pass refundable?
A: The Gaucho Pass is non-refundable.
Q: Can I sell my Gaucho Pass for games that I do not attend?
A: The Gaucho Pass is non-transferable. Resale of tickets is strictly prohibited
Q: Can I share my Gaucho Pass with someone else?
A: The Gaucho Pass is non-transferable and must be carried by the person who purchased the pass.
Q: Will I get the giveaways associated with the games included in my Gaucho Pass?
A: Gaucho Pass holders are eligible to receive the giveaways associated with the games included in their pass (while supplies last).
